Creating Connections, Sparking Change

BRIGHT is a strengths-based framework designed to support meaningful engagement, exploration and personalised learning for children and young people.
Built around the Ways of Engaging, Bright recognises that engagement may look different for every child. Through observation, curiosity and shared experiences, Bright supports practitioners, families and providers to identify strengths, interests and opportunities for growth.
A partnership programme for organisations wishing to help shape the future development of Bright.
Partners gain early access to developing frameworks, resources and implementation support while contributing to the design and refinement of BrightPath.
BrightPath is being developed to support Key Stage 4 and Post-16 provision, helping practitioners identify strengths, interests, aspirations and future opportunities. The framework aims to support personalised progression, preparation for adulthood and meaningful pathway planning.
Founding Pathways partners will have opportunities to influence this development and help shape future Bright provision.

A developing observation and reflection framework designed to support practitioners in recognising patterns of engagement, strengths, emerging interests and potential next steps.
Exploration through objects, materials and experiences that encourage curiosity, communication, problem-solving and discovery.
Exploration through objects, stories and experiences within historical and cultural contexts, helping children connect with people, places, ideas and communities across time.
